Terms of Service

IndexBot provides automated URL submission services using Google's official Indexing API. Our service:

• Submits your URLs to Google for indexing
• Tracks submission status and history
• Manages multiple websites and domains
• Provides analytics and reporting

Important: IndexBot facilitates submissions but does not guarantee indexing by Google. Final indexing decisions are made by Google's algorithms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use your own Google Search Console API credentials
• Only submit URLs you own or have permission to manage
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and API usage policies
• Not exceed your plan's quota limits
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

You must NOT:

• Submit URLs containing malware, spam, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use automated bots or scripts (unless using our API on paid plans)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse or exploit our service in any way

Subscription Plans

• Starter ($9/month): 200 submissions/month, 2 websites
• Growth ($29/month): 600 submissions/month, 5 websites, advanced features
• Professional ($79/month): 1,500 submissions/month, 15 websites, API access
• Enterprise: Custom pricing and features

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed monthly in advance via Lemon Squeezy
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Quotas reset on the 1st of each month
• No refunds for partial month usage
• 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for unused time, except during the 14-day guarantee period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam Indexing: Submitting spam, doorway pages, or low-quality content
• Malicious Content: URLs containing malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Copyright Violation: Submitting URLs you don't own or have rights to
• API Abuse: Exceeding rate limits or attempting to bypass restrictions
• Service Disruption: Any activity that impacts service availability
• Reselling: Reselling our service without authorization (Enterprise only)

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in IndexBot, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by IndexBot. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer the service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our branding without permission

• That your URLs will be indexed by Google
• Specific indexing timeframes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our service meets your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with notice)
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false information
• Abuse our support team or services

Upon termination, you lose access to all data. We may delete your data after 30 days.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your URLs and submission data. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

• Submit your URLs to Google's Indexing API
• Store submission data for service delivery
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be announced via email or website notice 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
